Robust Framework
All tp Sovereign series trampolines are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against rust causing failure on their sturdy 2mm gauge galvanised steel frames. Welded in construction, they are easy to build with no nuts and bolts. With our new specification, we have enhanced the framework considerably to give you even greater confidence that you are buying a trampoline capable of withstanding vigorous and enthusiastic use. The top rails of each frame are now fitted with a plastic insert which provides an interlocking fit. This prevents twisting of the frame and results in a uniform bounce. A new patented welded socket provides greater strength to the joint between the legs and the frame. Locking legs and feet make for easy manoeuvreability. Plus for 12ft and 14ft trampolines there are more legs – 6 rather then 4. We made this change to give even greater stability to our larger trampolines.
Superb Deluxe Frame Pads
Not all trampoline pads are the same! All Sovereign trampolines have carefully tailored pads, constructed in a one continuous circular piece, which are made from 100% closed cell Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam. This specification provides a high density (40kg/m3) single layer foam pad rather than the standard ‘cross–layered’ and glued Polyethylene foam alternatives. The single structure foam pad offers superb shock absorption qualities and outstanding durability, maintaining its integrity where layered alternatives may separate and get thinner in time. Moreover, as it is a closed cell foam, it will not absorb water, so maintaining its excellent cushioning qualities whatever the weather.
The EVA foam is encased in substantial 18oz rubber/PVC covers. The rubber content ensures that the covers do not ‘crack’ with use or exposure, prolonging pad life by approximately 20% compared to simple PVC covers. Fixed by wind resistant elasticated toggle fastenings, the Sovereign tailored pads stay securely in place and completely cover the springs. The superior specification of the Sovereign frame pads and mat is underlined by a 5 year warranty.
Weatherproof Jumping Mat
A soft surface, UV stabilised, polypropylene woven mesh mat, held in place by zinc coated steel springs which attach to the mat through secure ‘D’ rings. As well as providing a highly responsive, predictable bounce, and a soft landing, the mat drains easily so is ideal for outdoor use. Six rows of perimeter stitching improve load bearing and performance and ensure a longer life.
